Please 'Save' this form for editing (the dialogue box will give you the option to 'Open' or 'Save' - pls 'Save' and name the document).
Once you have completed filling out the form, save it again and email it back to us.

| ADULT BAPTISM, CONFIRMATION AND FIRST COMMUNION
|
|
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the initiation process for adults and unbaptised children of school age. The RCIA preparation process varies depending on circumstances - the person's age, whether a person is baptised or unbaptised, the degree to which a person has been previously instructed in the faith.
The RCIA provides for the sacraments of BAPTISM, CONFIRMATION and FIRST COMMUNION for ADULTS and UNBAPTISED SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN.
For those who for various reasons missed out on the Sacrament of Confirmation, Adult Confirmation is also offered each year on Pentecost Sunday.
